1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Ong918 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any services available at ong918.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, and related digital properties (collectively, "the Platform").

Ong918 operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino-style gaming, sports betting, live dealer games, and related services to users located in jurisdictions where access to such services is not prohibited. The platform primarily serves English-speaking users based in Malaysia, including but not limited to users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of ong918, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform and must close your account immediately.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ong918 website at ong918.cam, its mobile interface, any applications, and all associated services.
• "Account" means a registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered an Account and is using the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held within a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or match-deposit bonuses credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake of real or bonus funds placed on a game outcome or sporting event through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and address verification, required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, game content, design elements, and other proprietary materials belonging to or licensed by ong918.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, cyber attacks, or telecommunications failure.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on ong918, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Ong918 strictly prohibits participation by individuals under 21. Age verification is conducted as a mandatory part of the KYC process.
2. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on ong918 or have an Account that has been suspended or terminated by ong918 for any reason.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party in connection with the use of the Platform.
6. You must register only one Account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of services on ong918, including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, you must complete our account registration process and satisfy our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Ong918 is not liable for any delays or losses resulting from inaccurate account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Ong918 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately.

Before processing any withdrawal request, ong918 requires completion of KYC verification. Accepted documents include a Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, plus proof of address dated within the last three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement). KYC processing is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

Each individual player may hold only one registered Account on ong918. If duplicate accounts are detected, ong918 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, consolidate balances at its sole discretion, and cancel any pending bonuses. Players who believe they may have inadvertently created a duplicate account should contact support immediately.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ong918 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods designed to ensure fast, fee-free transactions.

Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit on the account ("source of funds" principle), except in cases where a specific alternative has been approved by our compliance team. Withdrawals to the same Malaysian bank account or e-wallet used for deposit are processed same-day for KYC-verified accounts under normal operating conditions.

Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50. Maximum single withdrawal: RM100,000. Ong918 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Ong918 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals conducted in MYR via the supported local payment methods listed above. Third-party charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider remain the Player's responsibility.

Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Ong918 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormant account maintenance fee of RM10 to dormant accounts, deducted from the available balance, after providing 30 days' advance notice to the email address registered to the account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Ong918 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and loyalty tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage strategies, coordination with other players, or use of automated software, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Ong918 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless otherwise specified by ong918.

Verified players are entitled to a tier-based birthday bonus credited within 24 hours of their registered birthday date. Amounts are: Bronze MYR 188 / Silver MYR 388 / Gold MYR 888 / VIP MYR 2,688. The birthday bonus is subject to a standard wagering requirement specified in the Birthday Bonus Terms published on the Platform.

Players may earn MYR 38 per successful referral. A referral is deemed successful when the referred individual completes registration, passes KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit. The referral bonus is credited to the referring player's Account within 48 hours of the referred player completing these requirements. There is no cap on the number of referrals a player may make.

7 Wagering & Betting Rules

All wagers placed on ong918 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook markets, or any other product — are governed by the rules specific to each game or market, as displayed on the Platform, in addition to these general Terms.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a possible and expected outcome.

Sports betting markets covering competitions including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events are offered subject to the Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. Ong918 reserves the right to void any bet placed on events affected by verified match manipulation, data feed errors, or other circumstances beyond normal sporting variance.

Bets that have been accepted and confirmed on the Platform may not be cancelled or reversed by the Player, except where explicitly permitted under specific market rules. Ong918 reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to a technical fault or data error in the odds feed, provided such action is taken within a reasonable timeframe after the error is identified.

Ong918 reserves the right to apply maximum win limits on individual bets, sessions, or a rolling 24-hour period. These limits are displayed in game-specific terms and the Sportsbook Rules. Any winnings in excess of published limits will be reduced to the applicable maximum.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ong918 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches to generate profits that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or chargeback abuse.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage or matched betting strategies across multiple accounts.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards any member of the ong918 team.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ong918 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of ong918 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Platform; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any source code or underlying technology; (c) use any ong918 trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written consent; or (d) create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of ong918's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Malaysian and international law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ong918 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from internet connectivity issues, power failures, or other service interruptions beyond ong918's reasonable control;
• Any technical malfunction, software error, or system downtime that affects your ability to access the Platform or complete a transaction;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any game outcome, odds data, or other information provided on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate password security;
• Any action taken by ong918 in good faith compliance with applicable anti-money laundering or responsible gambling regulations.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ong918's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. If you are closing your Account for responsible gambling reasons, please inform our team so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining in a verified Account at the time of closure will be refunded via your most recently used withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable fees, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

Ong918 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false information, account inactivity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ong918 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance, including winnings, pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, all Bonus Funds, and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds or through prohibited activities, will be forfeited.

12 Responsible Gambling

Ong918 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all registered players with access to self-management tools to support healthy gambling habits. These include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders that display an alert after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 30 days may be applied at the player's request.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need to stop gambling entirely may request a permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded players will not be able to reactivate their account for a minimum period of six months.

13 Privacy & Data

Ong918 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

We collect only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and fulfil responsible gambling requirements. Your data will not be sold to, or shared with, third parties for marketing or commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

14 Amendments to Terms

Ong918 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.1 above.

The version date at the top of this document indicates the date on which the current Terms came into effect. Historical versions of these Terms are available upon request by contacting our support team.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Users are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of their local jurisdiction before using the Platform.

Ong918 makes no representation that the services described on the Platform are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Access from jurisdictions where such services are prohibited is at the user's own risk.
